Deep Brain Reorienting

Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) is a neuroscience-based trauma therapy for treating trauma, particularly attachment shock and PTSD. It focuses on the body’s first stress reaction, often felt as tension in the head, face, or neck, so the nervous system can work through the experience in a safe, gradual way. Clinical reports indicate significant symptom improvement, such as a 48.6% reduction in post-traumatic distress, with patients often feeling safer and more connected to their bodies.
